Arroyo at Sienna Hills & Paseos at Sienna Hills are creative examples of blending urban developments of single family home with the natural terrain and surrounding ecosystems. This development utilized the terrain features to keep development costs down while minimizing the impacts to the surrounding lands. We worked hard to meander the development around the existing drainages and retained large areas of open spaces. These spaces have become havens for wildlife, archeological sites & even some dinosaur tracks.
