Casitas at Sienna Hills was the first multi family housing development to receive the overnight rental designation within the Sienna Hills Master Planned Community. We worked diligently with the developer to design this project in a way that would facilitate the future end users needs while minimizing any impacts to the surrounding communities. This development was highly successful and was completed with finished units in a timely manner. Since then this development has become a example for the local officials of how to properly construct a overnight rental property. All parties involved from the land partners to the developers to the home builders to the City Officials were very pleased with the outcome of this development and remains a shinny example of great planning.
